Petzl - Luna Harness
One harness to do it all; light enough for hard sport redpoints, enough gear loops for multipitch and alpine trad, and adjustable enough for mountaineering. With a women's specific fit and reflecting the different dimensions of womens bodies (for example a Luna in a small has the same waist size as the men's Adjama in small but larger diameter leg loops) and a longer rise between the waist and leg loops.
