UK ORDERS

You will be charged VAT on all UK orders (excluding a few individual products.) Prices listed on the website include VAT although you can toggle to ex VAT prices.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping costs and methods vary by country, order weight and country. The available shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout.

Australia - GST

We are registered for GST in Australia and as such must charge 10% GST when shipping to Australia. If the order is over $1,000 AUD you will also need to pay import duty. If the order is over $1,000 AUD you will get a bill from the shipping company for GST and import duty when the goods reach Australia. Please contact us and we will refund the GST we have already charged you. Alternatively keep your orders under $1,000 AUD. 

Rest of the World

We will not charge you UK VAT if goods are shipped outside of the United Kingdom. You can change the destination country on the website at the top right of the screen. You will then be shown pricing that excludes any tax.

Please be aware that you may be charged import duty and/or sales tax by customs in the destination country. Rules vary depending on country and order size. Please check the tax rules in the destination country before ordering.
