UK Delivery

For delivery before Christmas, please place your order by midday on Friday, 20th December.

While these posting dates are accurate at the time of publishing, they may be subject to change. We recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure your Christmas parcels arrive on time. For the latest updates, please check the websites of our couriers: Royal Mail and DHL.

International Delivery*

DHL Express last recommended dates for Christmas Delivery.

Europe (EU and Non-EU): 18 December
USA, Canada and Mexico: 17 December
Rest of world: 17 December

UK SHIPPING

Despatch Times

Orders placed by 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, are typically dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time are dispatched the following working day.

Free Shipping

Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 days.

Orders over £85 are shipped free of charge on a next-day delivery service using either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Next Day. These services are fully tracked, and you’ll receive email and SMS updates to monitor your parcel’s journey. The choice of service depends on the order’s value and weight and will be shown at checkout.

Upgraded Shipping Options

If your order is under £85, you can choose to upgrade to a faster delivery option for a small additional fee. Shipping upgrades are available during checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Express Delivery

International orders are shipped via an Express Courier Service with DHL. Delivery usually takes 2–4 days. International shipping rates are highly competitive and can be calculated directly on the cart page.

Customs & Duties

UK VAT is not charged on international orders. However, depending on your destination, import duties or local sales taxes may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and order size, so we recommend checking local tax regulations before placing your order.

 

RETURNS

Before Returning

Please contact us by telephone or email before returning any goods. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on the specific situation.

When returning an item, include:

Order number (if available)

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to cancel or return an order. Contact us via telephone or email within this period to arrange the return at your own expense.

Once the goods are received in their original, resellable condition, a refund will be processed—typically within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

If returning items for reasons other than a fault, we cannot refund any shipping charges incurred during your initial order.

Custom Products

Custom items (e.g., rope cut to specific lengths) are non-returnable unless there is a fault with the product.
