A lightweight single rope belay device with the added security of assisted braking.
It operates very similarly to a tubular device, but when a fall occurs, cinches the rope between the device and karabiner giving a much higher holding power (dead rope must still be held!).
Due to it's ease of use and smooth handling, the ATC-Pilot offers a new and unique option to the market and realistic competition to devices such as the Click-up.
